[ARCHIVED] City of River Falls Seeks Input from Residents in Community-Wide Survey

Share your input in the National Community Survey

The City of River Falls announced a resident survey to get input on government services and measure the quality of life in the community. The City plans to use the data in upcoming plans for the city, with the survey allowing more people to participate in shaping the future of River Falls.

A random sample of residents already received the survey in the mail. The open participation period has now begun and runs through July 13.

The National Community Survey (NCS) was developed by the National Research Center at Polco. The survey captures opinions on the economy, mobility, community design, utilities, safety, natural environment, inclusivity, engagement, and other elements of (ABC)'s overall livability. The results will show River Falls’ strengths, areas of improvement, and what matters most to residents. The City of River Falls will also be able to see how its performance compares to other communities across the country.

All residents aged 18 and older are asked to visit this link and complete the survey. The City of River Falls needs input from the entire community to make data-driven decisions that will benefit all residents. Responses are anonymous, and personal information is securely stored on Polco.

The City of River Falls has conducted this survey every two years since 2013. Past results can be viewed here.
