The River Falls City Council was pleased to welcome local Girl Scouts (Jenna, Clare, Addy, Emily, Josie, Nattie, Grace, Payton and Emily) and their leaders (Jeannette and Brittany) at its September 10 meeting. The Girl Scouts were recognized with a proclamation declaring September 16-22, 2019, as Girl Scout Spirit Week in River Falls.
