The City is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide urban design services for various potential projects to support strategic development initiatives in the City. The City is looking to ensure that properties are developed/redeveloped to their highest and best use and meet the intent of approved City plans.
The below timetable may be amended as required. Any modifications to the timetable will be provided to those firms who have properly submitted the RFQ.

Questions must reference the RFQ title, include the proposers name, contact person’s name, address, and phone number.
