The City of River Falls (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide the necessary labor and equipment for services relative to locating and marking the City's underground facilities. Proposals will be reviewed by a selection committee chosen by the utility director. All responses should be emailed in a single PDF to Utility Administrative Assistant, Lanae Nelson, at lnelson@rfcity.org by 12 p.m. on December 15, 2023.
