Welcome to River Falls Community Television!
River Falls Community Television is a public and government access center serving the River Falls area with the potential to reach over 2,500 customers on the Comcast cable system.
You can produce your own programs for RFC-TV Channel 16.! Anyone who completes classes and exercises good judgment in complying with acceptable standards of cablecasting contents may use RFC-TV Channel 16 again and again and again, and it's easy!
What is Public Access?
Public Access is a unique communication tool. It's a way to present your message to the public. It's a cable channel, portable video equipment, and studio equipment available exclusively for public use. You can learn to use professional video equipment, produce your own television program, and have it shown on RFC-TV Channel 16. Equipment and training are available to any River Falls resident or organization.

Do I have to have an idea to get involved?
You don't have to have an idea for a show in order to get involved.
Can someone talk to my group or organization?
There are a lot of people that call RFC-TV 16 to ask if we would like to tape their events or use their show ideas, but we don't have enough volunteers to produce them all. Please contact the studio or office to make arrangements for someone to talk to your group or organization.
