LEGAL BASIS: Wisconsin Statutes 43.54 Mandatory Municipal Code - Section 2.40
DUTIES: Administer Library, under authority and powers granted to the Board as contained in Chapter 43, WI Stats.
LENGTH OF TERM: 3 Years
COMPENSATION: Per Library Board Action 10/2/00
APPOINTING AUTHORITY: Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council
