LEGAL BASIS: Municipal Code - Section 2.52 Permissive
DUTIES: Administer the River Falls Ambulance Service, appoint manager and supervise operations.
LENGTH OF TERM: 5 Years
COMPENSATION: Per Resolution #3041 dated 7-22-97
APPOINTING AUTHORITY: Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council
